Vendor Application
Vendor Selection Process
Fandom Multiverse vendor applications are generally reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if more than two applications are received for the same type of booth, those applications will be reviewed by a selection panel.
The panel will consider a variety of factors, including product quality, originality, and how well the vendor aligns with Fandom Multiverse’s target demographic. Our goal is to create a balanced, engaging vendor hall where both vendors and attendees have a positive and successful experience.

Artist Application
Artist Alley Selection Process
Fandom Multiverse’s Artist Alley applications are juried by a panel of judges. Applications are evaluated based on a variety of factors, including artistic quality, originality, and how well the artist’s work aligns with Fandom Multiverse’s target demographic.
Our goal is to curate a diverse and engaging Artist Alley that supports artists while ensuring attendees have a fun, memorable experience—so everyone goes home happy.

Contributions in Kind
In-kind sponsorships are gladly accepted and may be fulfilled through donated products or services of equal value to the listed monetary sponsorship levels.

We are always working through applications as fast as we can.
If you applied for Artist Alley, we will reply to everyone at the same time when submissions close. If you are applying for Vendors, please allow up to two weeks for us to review your application. -
We will send this to you by email at the same time we send the load-in times. We will also post it up to at least 2 weeks in advance of the convention.

Unfortunately, since we are a new convention, we don’t have much space, and we want to make sure multiple vendors and artists have an opportunity to sell, which means we have to limit how many booths people can purchase.
