Below are the terms you agree to when you buy a ticket to Fandom Multiverse:
Admission to Fandom Multiverse constitutes agreement to all published policies, including the Liability Waiver, Media Release, Refund Policy, and Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Policies may be modified as necessary for safety, legal compliance, or operational needs. Updated policies take effect upon publication.

Fandom Multiverse is an interactive public convention that may include:
Panels and workshops
Performances and demonstrations
Gaming and physical activities
Stage participation
Crowded environments with costumes, props, lighting, and equipment
By attending, participants acknowledge that attendance involves inherent risks.
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless:

Fandom Multiverse
Staff and volunteers
Guests, panelists, vendors, sponsors, and contractors
Venue partners and affiliates
from liability for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damages arising from attendance or participation, including voluntary participation in stage or interactive programming.

Audience participation, contests, performances, demonstrations, and stage appearances are voluntary.
Participants agree that:
They are physically able to participate.
They follow staff instructions.
They accept personal responsibility for participation.
Fandom Multiverse is not liable for injuries resulting from voluntary participation.

Fandom Multiverse is a public event where photography, filming, livestreaming, and media recording will occur.
By attending, attendees grant permission to Fandom Multiverse and Parma Events to:
Capture photographs, video, and audio recordings
Use attendee likeness, costume, artwork, or participation
Publish media for promotional, archival, educational, marketing, or commercial purposes
Media may be used in:
Social media
Websites
Promotional materials
Advertising
Future event promotion
No compensation or additional approval is required.
While staff will respect reasonable requests when possible, complete avoidance of incidental photography cannot be guaranteed.

Fandom Multiverse is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unsafe behavior, or disruption of programming will not be tolerated.
Violations may result in:
Warning
Badge revocation
Removal from the event
Ban from future events
Removal for policy violations does not qualify for a refund.

Attendees agree to follow:
Venue rules
Safety procedures
Staff instructions
Applicable local and state regulations in effect at the time of the event
Entry may be denied to individuals posing a safety risk.

All ticket sales are final except in the situations listed below.
Refunds WILL be issued if:
The event is canceled by Fandom Multiverse.
The event is officially rescheduled and a refund window is announced.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
Guest cancellations or lineup changes
Personal schedule conflicts
Travel issues
Weather conditions
Failure to attend
Removal due to policy violations
Tickets may not be resold or transferred without written authorization from event management.

Cosplay is welcome and encouraged.
All costumes and props must comply with event and venue safety requirements:
No real weapons permitted.
Prop weapons must be peace-bonded.
Props may not be used in a threatening or unsafe manner.
Oversized costumes must allow safe movement and visibility.
Event staff reserve the right to inspect or restrict any costume or prop for safety reasons.

Guests, panels, schedules, and attractions are subject to change without notice.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Vendors, artists, and exhibitors operate independently.
Fandom Multiverse and Parma Events are not responsible for:
Transactions between attendees and vendors
Product quality or disputes
Lost, damaged, or defective merchandise

Attendees under age 16 must be accompanied or supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Guardians assume responsibility for minors in their care at all times.

Fandom Multiverse strives to provide accessible programming.
Attendees requiring accommodations are encouraged to contact the event team in advance so reasonable efforts can be made to assist.

Fandom Multiverse shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Venue closures
Labor disputes
Transportation interruptions
Refund policies in such circumstances will be determined based on operational feasibility.

Fandom Multiverse reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or violates event policies.

Badges are required for entry into all Fandom Multiverse event spaces.
Badge Rules
Badges must be worn visibly at all times.
One badge = one attendee.
Badge sharing or swapping is prohibited.
Staff may request badge verification at any time.
Lost badges may require repurchase.
Re-Entry
Attendees may leave and re-enter the convention during operating hours unless otherwise announced.

Programming schedules are subject to change.
Guests, panels, performances, and events may be adjusted due to travel issues, illness, technical difficulties, or operational needs.
Fandom Multiverse does not guarantee appearances, specific panels, or programming availability.

Photography is encouraged — fandom thrives on creativity!

Casual photography in public areas
Cosplay photography with consent
Social media sharing
Required Etiquette
Always ask before photographing cosplayers.
Respect “no photos” requests.
Do not block walkways or emergency exits.
Restricted Areas
Photography may be limited in:
Guest signing areas
Vendors hall
Backstage or staff areas
Designated quiet rooms

Cosplay is not consent.
Attendees must:
Ask before touching costumes or props.
Respect personal space.
Accept “no” immediately and politely.
Harassment of cosplayers will result in removal from the event.

All props may be inspected and peace-bonded.
Staff decisions regarding prop safety are final.

Children Under 13
Must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Ages 13–17
May attend independently where permitted.
Must follow all policies and staff instructions.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for minors’ conduct and supervision.

We aim to provide:

Priority seating areas when available
Quiet/rest spaces
Assistance from staff upon request

Aisles must remain clear.
Running or crowding booths is prohibited.
Respect vendor pricing and policies.
Fandom Multiverse is not responsible for individual sales disputes.
Please support artists responsibly and respectfully.

Attendees participating in activities agree to:
Follow presenter instructions.
Act safely and respectfully.
Understand participation is voluntary.
Room capacities are enforced for safety.
If a room is full, staff may deny additional entry.

Reports will be handled respectfully and confidentially whenever possible.

Outside food may be restricted by venue rules.
Alcohol is not permitted.

Physical altercations
Intoxication affecting safety
